The article discusses modern pedagogical technologies used in the process of developing the physical qualities of cadets and the features of self-regulation through the individualization of locomotion. It is noted that training cadets to reflect on their physical qualities and themselves through personification when performing physical exercises requires the use of various educational forms, methods and techniques with a certain sequence. The development of educational tasks is based on the content of educational material necessary for assimilation at a particular stage of training. The authors presented an analysis of pedagogical research aimed at studying the formation of individual characteristics of self-control and their impact on the development of physical qualities of cadets.
