PEDAGOGICAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES FORM A "HEALTH-SAVING HEALTH-IMPROVING RESPIRATORY TECHNOLOGY" IN THE SELF-DEVELOPMENT OF THE INDIVIDUAL IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION CLASSES

Abstract:
Breathing for the body, the most important process in the self-development of the individual, affects the physiological functions interconnected with mental properties, physical spheres and intelligence. The acquired knowledge of scientific literature made it possible to create breathing techniques on the innovative complex of health-improving breathing apparatus developed by us, they are mastered by pedagogical and psychological methodological principles in the following areas: the need for breathing, the expediency of using simple breathing simulators, the adequacy of the effects of respiratory load, the complexity of the influence of breathing exercises on simulators, the rationality of building practical exercises, controllability of the load of the psyche, stimulation of interests with new knowledge about healthy breathing form the "Health-saving health-improving respiratory technology". The methods and material of the study were carried out in physical education classes with 1-3 year students of PNRPU, Perm, Russia. The analysis was applied, the processes of systematization were determined, comparisons, comparisons, generalizations were characterized, substantiated by scientific materials, methods of conjugate influence were identified in order to train the development of new knowledge of one's external and internal breathing, and formed a "Health-saving health-improving respiratory technology". Results in the self-development of the personality: various breathing exercises were performed on the original breathing devices, mucus of different consistency was removed from the sinuses of the nasal cavity, cough waste, mucus, dust, gas particles, carcinogens - this creates a feeling of healthy breathing and a good state of recovery, determined the "Health-saving health-improving respiratory technology". The scientific novelty solves the problem of increasing the level of the respiratory system of self-development of the individual on the simplest complex of breathing simulators performed heterogeneously, health-improving breathing techniques for self-development of the individual form the "Health-saving health-improving respiratory technology", physiologically rebuilds the body for hypoxia as a method of training. The practical significance of breathing exercises of various effects on new respiratory apparatus has a therapeutic effect for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes, a decrease in oxygen (hypoxia) is manifested, and the carbon dioxide content (hypercapnia) increases. Resistance on exhalation, changes the volume (depth) and frequency of breathing, trains changes in breathing. The conclusion shows that systematic practical training with pedagogical-psychological methodological principles inspires the process of persuasion of self-development of the individual with special breathing techniques and practices performed on a complex of breathing simulators, forms healthy breathing and a positive state of the body, strengthens the functional state of the cardiorespiratory system with hypoxia, increases the vital capacity of the lungs, the strength of the respiratory muscles, and is formed with conviction "Health-saving health-improving respiratory technology".
