Abstract:
The article presents the results of a study of the parameters of the development of physical fitness and the functional state of students of the Institute of Language and Culture of the Peoples of the North of the Russian Federation and the Medical Institute. The studies were carried out from 2017 to 2022. As a result of the research, an electronic database was created, which includes: information on the indicators of the development of physical fitness of the functional state of students of the Institute of Language and Culture of the Peoples of the North of the Russian Federation and the Medical Institute, in total n=211 students were studied: 1 course (n=81); 2 courses (n=59); 3rd year (n=71). The created database can be used to conduct scientific and prognostic research in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The database is of interest to educational institutions, research institutes, in addition, this database can be used in educational work, scientific and prognostic research, in particular, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)
