The article deals with the issue of the role of advanced training of physical education teachers as one of the effective means of shaping the success of schoolchildren. The authors have developed and proposed an advanced training course for physical education teachers, thanks to which teachers will be able to develop the components of schoolchildren's success. In this article, the authors describe their proposed advanced training course "Pedagogical conditions for the formation of the success of schoolchildren in the process of sports training", the purpose of which is to form the readiness of teachers to ensure the success of schoolchildren in physical culture and sports activities. This course is divided into two blocks: theoretical and practical, and includes: listening and discussing reports and messages, conducting trainings and master classes that clearly show the technologies and means used in physical culture and sports activities, and their specific result. The authors concluded that without constant improvement and development of their own skills, the teacher will not be able to fully develop the components of success among schoolchildren
