Abstract:
The article discusses the methodological recommendations of the oiganization of the introductory and preparatory part of the physical education lesson. It is proved that the departure from the use of fairly standard, typical, constantly (often) repeated in each lesson, while with a narrow set of the same type of familiar from the first grade, general developmental exercises are perceived by many students as a necessity. Alocal technology for oiganizing and conducting the introductory and preparatory part of physical education lessons has been proposed and tested in practice in educational institutions
