DIAGNOSIS OF EMOTIONAL-FIGURATIVE AND ARTISTIC ABILITIES TO IDENTIFY GYMNASTS WITH SIGNS OF GIFTEDNESS

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the substantiation of the use of art diagnostics of emotional-figurative and artistic abilities of beginner athletes involved in rhythmic gymnastics, with signs of giftedness. As such a method, the author's technique “Drawing in a circle” was used, which was used together with the methods of “SSPD-M2” by V.I. Morosanova on the individual style of self-regulation and the measurement of selfesteem according to the Dembo-Rubinshtein method adapted by A.M. Prikhozhan. The criteria for drawings are identified, according to which it is possible to identify gymnasts with signs of giftedness (motives for drawings, creativity, a sense of harmony, the age of the figure of the depicted gymnast, great color, an abundance of intricate details). The relationship between the indicators of subjective methods of assessing the signs of giftedness (self-esteem with the manifestation of specific subjectivity, a high level of self-regulation), objective signs (classes at a higher level of sports training, discipline and diligence in completing the task of filling out the questionnaire and drawing) with indicators of a higher level of emotional-imaginative and artistic abilities according to the method “Drawing in the circle”. This battery of tests will allow a sports psychologist to identify young athletes aged 7-11 years old involved in rhythmic gymnastics, with signs of giftedness for further psychological and pedagogical support
