The developed technology of applying an individual approach to the training of young judokas aged 14-15 years requires an integrated approach to training, where both physical training and technical skill are necessary to achieve optimal results. Among the main exercises in judo, attacking and defensive actions are the most important components that require a delicate balance between physical fitness and technical skill of athletes. Scientific approaches based on the individualization of physical and technical training in the training of young judokas are vital for the full disclosure of the potential of athletes. Individualization of physical and technical training of young jodokas begins with an understanding of the physiological aspects associated with the technique of performing attacking and defensive actions. It is noted that the training models that focus on mastering the correct technique of performing attacking and defensive actions of speed and strength orientation have shown high efficiency in stimulating the growth of sportsmanship and optimizing the neuromuscular activation of young judokas
