This article examines the features of psychological adaptation of first-year foreign students to study at a university. It was found that indicators of socio-psychological adaptation and indicators of adaptation to the educational group and the educational process are at a level above average, indicators of psychological well-being are also formed at a level above average, this indicates that boys and girls do not experience great difficulties in another country, university. Correlations were identified between the studied indicators. It was found that the higher the indicators of psychological well-being, the better the process of adaptation to new social conditions, as well as to the study group and the educational process. On the other hand, it can also be noted that increasing the level of adaptation, both in society and to the conditions of educational activities, the educational group contributes to the personal growth of foreign students and the setting of new goals in the professional field
