This article discusses the issue of organizing and conducting kickboxing classes with men of the first period of mature age 29-39 years old, early in the morning (from 6:00 to 8:00) and in the evening (from 20:00 to 22:00). The positive and negative aspects of morning and evening classes have been identified, their effectiveness in preventing low physical activity, as well as in increasing performance for further work and daily activities. The scientific novelty of the research results lies in the increase in the level of physical activity of men in the first period of adulthood. The practical significance of the research results lies in the formation of attitudes towards a healthy lifestyle, the development of basic functional and physical qualities, the prevention of bad habits and low physical activity of men in this age group
