Cervical osteochondrosis is a progressive disease in which the vertebrae and intervertebral discs are affected, and also leads to their exhaustion, deformation and destruction. In this article we will consider the influence of therapeutic physical culture on the prevention of cervical osteochondrosis. Its goal is to strengthen the muscles and ligaments of the neck, relieve pain, and improve blood circulation through smooth, slow-motion exercises with a small amplitude. The aim of the study was to determine the influence of physical therapy in the prevention of osteochondrosis of the cervical spine in students. The study was conducted in 2022 on the basis of BSMU Ufa, the basis of classes in the experimental group was therapeutic physical culture. In the course of the work, the following research methods were used: analysis of scientific and methodological literature on the problem of research; study of the mobility of the cervical spine: assessment of the flexibility of the spine; subjective assessment of the severity of pain: assessment on the VAS scale. The authors have proved that the use of therapeutic physical culture is an effective tool in the prevention of osteochondrosis of the cervical spine
