Against the background of natural age-related changes in the youthful body, lack of motor activity among young people today, the issue of maintaining the health of the younger generation by improving their physical and functional fitness is most acute both in the education system and in the system of providing physical fitness services in modern fitness clubs. The purpose of the study: to increase the indicators of physical and functional fitness of young men of 19-20 years of age based on the use of the developed methods of strength fitness training. The results of the implementation of the developed methodology on the basis of the «Fit line» fitness club in Krasnodar allowed us to prove the effectiveness of the use of strength fitness training in the process of improving strength fitness, physical performance, functional state of the cardiovascular, respiratory and nervous systems in young men aged 19-20 years in the conditions of wellness classes in the gym
