Abstract:
Introduction. This article discusses the importance of fitness aerobics classes, talks about why it is necessary to be flexible and have strength qualities in everyday life, how these indicators affect human health. The types of power abilities, the factors influencing them, as well as the development of flexibility were presented. The purpose of the study was to determine whether fitness aerobics classes affect the development of flexibility and strength qualities by conducting physical exercises (tests). Research methodology: the research was conducted on tests that determine flexibility, endurance, maximum and explosive strength. The results of the study were processed and indicated as percentage relative to the development of indicators of flexibility and strength qualities. Conclusion: fitness aerobics classes allow you to develop flexibility, endurance, maximum and explosive strength
