The introduction of inclusive training programs in blind sports requires the availability of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the full implementation of sports training in the discipline of cycling-tandem. Therefore, the important goal in tandem cycling at the initial stage of sports training is to determine the organizational and pedagogical conditions of the inclusive training process. We used the following research methods: the literature review, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, pedagogical testing, questionnaire method, method of mathematical statistics. 20 adolescents from 15 to 17 years old took a part in our experimental study: 10 participants have visual impairment (stockers) and 10 non disabled participants (pilots). This article presents the organizational and pedagogical conditions of the inclusive training process in the blind sport (cycling-tandem discipline), identified during the pedagogical experiment. The options for the development of a professional sports career of a pilot are considered in preparation for programs by Olympic and Paralympic sports. The results of the study indicate the need to revise the organization of an inclusive training process in the blind sport in the cycling-tandem discipline
