PHYSICAL ABILITIES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE MEANING CONTENT OF THE CONCEPTS "VITALLY IMPORTANT" AND "VITALLY NECESSARY"

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problem of the formation of vitally important and vitally necessary physical abilities, skills and abilities of students and is continuation of previous works, in which the incomplete disclosure of the concepts of "vitally important" and "vitally necessary" abilities was noted. The semantic content of these concepts determined by us is connected with the process of physical training of those involved. In this regard, the purpose of this study was to identify the primary importance of physical abilities in solving various motor life tasks. To solve the set goal, we used the questionnaire survey of specialists in the field of physical culture and sports. The analysis of the data obtained revealed the high importance of general endurance, oriented towards the process of solving life problems. Also, in the context of the conjugated formation and functioning of motor abilities, proficiency and skills, one of the fundamental ones can be identified as coordinating abilities, which indicates their predominant significance both with the category "vitally important" and with the category "vitally necessary". In conclusion, it is worth highlighting the ambiguous opinion of the respondents regarding the advantage of the manifestation of certain physical abilities in solving various life tasks
