The purpose of the study is to develop an experimental methodology for anti-gravity classes for young elementary school children in a fitness club setting and to test it during a specially organized experiment. Research methods and organization. Methods of analysis and generalization of scientific, methodological, and specialized literature, pedagogical observation, surveys, testing methods, pedagogical experimentation, and mathematical statistics were utilized. The developed methodology has been tested at the WorldClass fitness club in Moscow. Research results and conclusions. The aggregate results of the pedagogical experiment indicated that anti-gravity classes for children aged 5-7 are effective, as the subjects demonstrated a significant increase in their physical fitness levels. Taking into account the results of this experimental work, it can be concluded that fitness activities for young elementary school children are an effective means of maintaining and improving physical condition, preserving and enhancing health, as well as preventing and correcting posture disorders.
