Fitness technologies for the formation of physical culture and professional physical training of female students in higher educational institutions

Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to methodologically and experimentally justify the use of fitness technologies in enhancing the effectiveness of pedagogical influences on the development of physical culture and professional physical training of female students studying in the field of 44.03.05 Pedagogical Education (Physical Culture - Life Safety). Research methods and organization. Methods of analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical experiments, and mathematical statistics were utilized. The developed complex was tested in the course of extracurricular activities for female students engaged in fitness aerobics at Irkutsk State University. Research results and conclusions. The reliable increase in the effectiveness of developing professional physical fitness among female students engaged in fitness aerobics, as identified in the course of the study, indicates the positive impact of the applied technologies. The results obtained allow for the conclusion regarding the appropriateness of implementing aerobically oriented activities in the process of physical education at higher educational institutions to preserve and enhance health and to foster professional competence.
