Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is the development and substantiation of a training methodology for cross-country skiers at the sports and wellness stage, with the predominant use of game and situational methods. Research methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation and design, expert evaluation, and the method of analogy. Research results and conclusions. The study identified the need for developing a training methodology for cross-country skiers at the sports and wellness stage. The proposed methodology, based on game and situational methods, has a significant potential for optimizing the preparation of young cross-country skiers. Its key advantage is the combination of training efficiency and psychological comfort, which is especially important at the sports and recreational stage. Further research should be aimed at practical testing of the methodology and quantitative assessment of its effectiveness.
