Social crisis: the role of the vitality of the personnel of small commercial organizations in their professional readaptation

Abstract (English):
The article presents the results of a study of the relationship between indicators of vitality, subjective control and conscious reflexivity of the organization's personnel during a period of social crisis. The purpose of the work was to analyze the complex of vitality factors as a personal resource for readaptation of the organization’s personnel. The priority role of reflexive components of personality orientation in the factor structure of vitality was shown. The identified personal resources are especially significant in the process of readaptation of a professional. The discovered complexes of psychological characteristics of personality orientation, providing control and conscious reflexivity of life and activity, constitute the resource systems of professionals and can be used as the basis for monitoring the viability of personnel of organizations, especially during critical periods of their functioning. Determining the level of viability can be used to form a personnel reserve of specialists or management personnel.
