The use of plyometric exercises for enhancing explosive power in martial arts

Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to enhance the effectiveness of the training process aimed at developing explosive power in ITF Taekwondo through the use of plyometric exercises. Research methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical data processing. Research results and conclusions. The reliable increase in the results of control tests observed during the study indicates the effectiveness of using plyometric exercises to enhance explosive power. The obtained results suggest the advisability of incorporating the proposed methods into the educational and training process.
