Theory and methodology of pedagogical modeling of students' creativity development in the conditions of a pedagogical detachment

Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to construct and describe a structural-content model for the development of students' creativity within the framework of a pedagogical team, designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the process of fostering creative behavior in students within the pedagogical team. Research methods and organization. Methods of analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, as well as pedagogical modeling, were used. The presented model was tested in the context of training the pedagogical team "Planet of People" at FSBEI HE "VSPU". Research results and conclusions. The study examined the process of developing students' creativity within the context of a pedagogical team. The article provides a detailed description of the sequential organization of the structural and content model for the development of students' creativity and identifies the pedagogical and environmental conditions that foster creativity. A conclusion is drawn regarding the role of the pedagogical team in the process of developing students' creativity. The presented ideas have formed the basis of the student training system at FSBEI HE "VSPU".
