The article presents the results of correctional and developmental work with first-graders aimed at developing effective communication. The developed and implemented set of classes allowed schoolchildren to master effective communication skills, become equal participants in relationships, and receive positive emotions from communicating with each other. The resulting positive effects of communication can be integrated into a single communicative personality.
