Abstract:
Volitional qualities of a person's personality play a significant role in various spheres of human activity, especially in education and physical education. The study attempts to modify (adapt) the generally accepted and standardized methodology of self-assessment of volitional qualities of a person in the field of physical culture and sports activities of university students. The article presents comparative modified (adapted) questions of the questionnaire, a study of the validity and reliability of the proposed modification (adaptation) and modification of the interpretative component of the results as a criterion of loyalty in assessing involvement in physical culture and sports activities.
