The relevance of studying the features of the organization of professional training of tourism bachelors is due to the need to enrich the theory and practice of vocational education with new ethnopedagogical forms, means and methods of training a specialist in this profile. In this regard, the search for approaches to the development of a model for the effective organization of this process is promising. The purpose of the study is to scientifically substantiate and test the model of ethno-cultural training of tourism bachelors. The novelty of the research lies in the scientific substantiation of the content and mechanisms of the implementation of the structural and functional model of the ethno-cultural training of bachelors of tourism. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of using the author's concept and model of ethno-cultural training of tourism bachelors in educational institutions of higher and secondary education
