The purpose of the study is to define the integrative function of the activities of a coach-teacher as a factor serving as a guideline for the professional training of a coach-teacher in the context of the integration of sports training, scientific, and educational activities. Research methods: analysis of scientific research works and regulatory legal documents governing the issues of personnel training in the field of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation. Research results and conclusions. Based on the analysis of the requirements of federal educational standards for higher education and the professional standards "Coach" and "Coach-Teacher", the integrative function of the coach-teacher's activity is defined as a component of the concept of integrating scientific-educational activities and sports training in the professional education of coach-teachers. The presented data must be taken into account when developing the main professional educational programs for higher and secondary vocational education, as well as retraining programs aimed at training coaching personnel.
