Abstract (English):
The article presents the results of a study on the profile of a healthy lifestyle among students of technical and humanitarian disciplines. The purpose of the study was to identify, through comparative analysis, the differences in attitudes towards a healthy lifestyle among students from different disciplines. Research methods and organization. The analysis of scientific and methodological literature, psychological testing, and methods of mathematical statistics were utilized. The research was conducted at Samara National Research University, involving second and third-year students. To study the multi-component structure of a healthy lifestyle among students, the 'Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile' questionnaire was employed. Research results and conclusions. As a result of the comparative analysis of data from students of technical and humanitarian specialties, significant differences were identified in the indicators of "Nutrition", "Internal Growth", "Physical Activity", and "Responsibility for Health", which influence behavior aimed at health preservation and enhancement.
